Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our team. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level enterprise solutions, leading a sub-team of developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive technical direction. You will work closely with our development team to produce high-quality code, conduct code reviews, and provide coaching and training to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-level enterprise solutions
  • Lead a sub-team of 4-5 developers from a technical standpoint
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive technical direction
  • Produce high-quality code and conduct code reviews
  • Provide coaching and training to team members
  • Support with coding, which will make up roughly 20% of your time

Requirements:

  • Strong development background and 2-3 years' experience with Technical Solutions
  • Confident with solution implementation and producing high/low level designs
  • Experience leading a development team from a technical standpoint
  • Code reviews, coaching, code quality, and documentation
  • Great stakeholder management experience and collaborative with multiple teams
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio, Azure, and SQL
