Job Description

Company Overview

Premier Group Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in the logistics industry. Our client, a highly innovative software business, is seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join their team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect to lead the development team from a technical standpoint and play a key role in the technical direction of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background, preferably in.Net, and be able to support with coding, which will make up roughly 20% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a sub-team of 4-5 developers from a technical standpoint
  • Support with training, upskilling, and code reviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-level enterprise solutions
  • Work closely with the Senior team to drive the technical direction of the business

Requirements

  • Strong development background and 2-3 years' experience with Technical Solutions
  • Confident with solution implementation and producing high/low-level designs
  • Experience leading a development team from a technical standpoint
  • Code reviews, coaching, code quality, and documentation
  • Great stakeholder management experience and collaboration with multiple teams
