Job Title: Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Bupa, a leading health insurer and provider. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare technology.

About the Role:
  • Technical Leadership: You will be responsible for controlling and maintaining the knowledge and intellectual property of our core platforms, understanding their data flows, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Solution Design: You will create compliant and robust solution architectures aligned with business requirements, technology strategy, regulatory requirements, and Bupa policy.
  • Data Modeling: You will lead the development of data models and inter-system relationships, dependencies, and integrations.
  • Requirements Translation: You will translate business and solution requirements into functional and technical system designs across delivery projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Leadership: You will provide IT technology leadership through BG&UK IT principles and controls.
  • Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Documentation: You will develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
  • Industry Trends: You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: You will have extensive experience as a solution architect, with some experience as a business or solutions analyst, developer, tester, or in a similar project environment.
  • Technical Expertise: You will have strong experience of working across a broad range of technologies used in a clinics business environment.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
