Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Client Relationship Administrator at Clyde & Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, administrative tasks, communication, financial duties, and overall processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage document production and ensure accuracy before passing to lawyers
  • Handle client inquiries and respond to their needs
  • Maintain client information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Open/close files, manage filing requirements, and record keeping
  • Support fee earners in business development activities
  • Manage diaries, produce Excel spreadsheets, and provide exceptional client service

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a legal support role within the Healthcare or Clinical Negligence sector
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience of managing client-facing tasks and priorities
  • Conscientious and accountable for delivery and quality of work
  • Excellent team player with willingness to take on new responsibilities

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
