Position Overview

We are seeking a Global HR Analytics Specialist to join our team at Precise Placements. This role is essential in enhancing our HR reporting capabilities and will involve working with various data reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Utilize reporting platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlikview to generate insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and subject matter experts to understand reporting requirements.
  • Identify and gather necessary data to fulfill the reporting needs of the organization.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting support to the HR and business teams through systematic data generation.
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
  • Drive the collection, review, and analysis of data, working closely with business partners to clarify user requests and actual needs.
  • Be responsible for the creation, modification, and delivery of standard HR reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, while also addressing ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Present reporting findings and solutions effectively using charts, tables, graphs, and narrative text, showcasing creative problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and detail, promptly communicating any discrepancies to the relevant data owners.
  • Engage with stakeholders regularly to validate business and functional requirements, ensuring data accuracy and understanding dependencies.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the reporting process.
Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
