Position Overview

As a Marketing Analytics Specialist at DataTech Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing effectiveness strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee various aspects of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects, with aspirations to advance into a more significant role that influences the service offerings and deliverables.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights for clients, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
  • Create compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate findings; ongoing training will be provided to enhance these skills.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their development in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enhance client relationship management, presentation skills, and project scoping abilities.
  • Lead MMM initiatives across diverse categories and markets, with continuous support from senior management.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from data collection to final presentations, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship and project management, with opportunities for further training.
  • Background in Marketing Mix Modelling, preferably within a media agency or similar setting.
  • Strong foundation in mathematics or applied economics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with PowerBI and Python is advantageous.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Commitment to enhancing company offerings through innovative ideas for automation and process improvement.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on building strong client relationships.
