Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness Specialist

£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits

Hybrid Working

Lorien is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in improving marketing-driven profit growth through the design, coordination, and delivery of effective initiatives.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics and effectiveness, with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
