Key Responsibilities
  • Report Delivery: You will be responsible for the timely production of reports according to a predetermined schedule while addressing daily reporting needs. Following the recent upgrade to the latest PeopleSoft version, you will enhance report delivery through advanced analytics and utilize built-in dashboards.
  • Collaboration: This role is crucial for the success of our Global HR initiatives, requiring close cooperation with key stakeholders, including HR Directors, Centers of Excellence Directors, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to thoroughly collect and document reporting requirements, identifying the necessary data for effective reporting solutions.
  • Report Design and Delivery: You will play an active role in designing, constructing, and delivering functional reports in both the current and upgraded PeopleSoft environments, ensuring client consultation to maintain data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Data Analysis: Drive data collection efforts, conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses, and effectively differentiate between user requests and actual needs.
  • Attention to Detail: It is essential to communicate any discrepancies or anomalies to the relevant data owners promptly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly meet with stakeholders to review and validate business and functional requirements, ensuring data accuracy and managing project dependencies.
  • Expectation Management: Secure stakeholder buy-in and proactively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Additional Duties: Flexibility to undertake other responsibilities as assigned to align with the organization's objectives.
