Job Title: Senior HR Analytics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Analytics Specialist to join our team at Incite Insight. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our HR and Payroll systems by providing expert HR Systems analytics and visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on HR Systems analytics projects from scoping to post-implementation review.
  • Configure and oversee the implementation of analytics data visualization functionality.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop cross-Mission management information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of PowerBI Dashboards and other Business Intelligence dashboards.
  • Proactively identify and develop new management information and business intelligence solutions.
  • Manage data integrity of the organization structure in the system.
  • Produce accurate and professional management information and KPI reports.
  • Line manage two systems/data analysts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant subject such as IT/HR/Business.
  • Proven experience in PowerBI report development within an HR and Payroll function.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within an HR function.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Previous line management experience.
