Executive Network Group is seeking a skilled People Analytics Specialist to join a reputable organization focused on ethical investments that aid developing nations in fostering economic advancement.


The People Analytics Specialist will collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner, focusing on the analysis of employee and candidate information to enhance Human Resources operations.

This position requires maintaining data accuracy, supporting essential HR functions, and demonstrating a passion for data management.

This role will involve assisting regional teams across various locations while working in tandem with the HR Analyst in Singapore to ensure a unified global approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data within the HR Information System (HRIS).

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Gather, maintain, and analyze HR data to generate insightful reports.
  • Establish data quality checks to guarantee the reliability and consistency of information.
  • Regularly prepare and disseminate reports to HR and management.
  • Design and implement HR metrics and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Engage in HR projects and initiatives, providing essential analytical support.

HR Operations:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including the creation of employee documentation and support for HR programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee employee data management, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of personnel records while advising managers on proper documentation practices.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements within the HR team.
  • Coordinate with payroll regarding changes such as new hires and terminations.
  • Manage the recruitment communication channels and liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and monitor contracts between the organization and HR service providers.
  • Track HR expenditures on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a People Analytics Specialist or in a comparable role.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, including formulas and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Familiarity with mail merge and data linking/updating across files is a plus.
  • Client-focused with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and value-added HR administration.
  • Adept at identifying and addressing inefficiencies and risks within the HR function.
