Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Analytics Specialist to join a prominent organization in the media sector. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in data analysis within the human resources domain.

As part of our collaboration with a well-known media entity, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and associated data. Your expertise will be essential in delivering insightful analytical reports that support various teams across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include generating critical reports for different business units, enhancing existing reporting processes, conducting comprehensive compensation analyses, and establishing effective tracking mechanisms to meet organizational requirements.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in HR data analysis, including budget management, and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
