Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Compensation: £45,000

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a People Analytics or Management Information capacity.
  • Strong data analysis skills, particularly in MS Excel, along with the ability to visualize data findings using tools like MS PowerPoint or PowerBI.
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS, capable of manipulating data, running queries, and identifying patterns and gaps.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while engaging with various stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in HR matters.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PowerBI or similar data manipulation tools for creating reports and dashboards.
  • Background in Compensation and Benefits data analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • People Team Management: Oversee administrative functions related to the People team, including managing absences and employee compensation adjustments.
  • HR Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and actionable insights, producing regular reports on key indicators such as attrition and engagement levels.
  • HRIS Oversight: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of data within the HRIS, maintaining staff records and resolving discrepancies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to employment laws and organizational policies, keeping precise records and updating procedures as necessary.
  • Salary Review Support: Assist in the annual salary review process by providing relevant benchmarking data.
  • Performance Management Support: Facilitate the performance evaluation process, including data collection for appraisals.
  • Workplace Feedback Analysis: Evaluate employee survey feedback to assess workplace satisfaction and cultural dynamics.
  • Diversity Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze diversity statistics to evaluate progress towards organizational diversity goals.
  • Workforce Planning Contribution: Provide insights for workforce planning based on data regarding staffing needs and skill shortages.
  • Employee Relations Analysis: Review data related to employee relations to identify patterns and inform strategies for improving workplace relations.
