In this Program Support Coordinator position, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure seamless processes, effective communication, and successful funding allocation for community energy initiatives.

The Team

We collaborate with public sector entities and community energy organizations in Wales to implement energy projects aimed at reducing carbon footprints and fostering local advantages.

Role Overview

This pivotal role involves connecting various aspects of our operations, allowing you to engage in diverse activities while ensuring exceptional service delivery to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks related to grant funding for community and public sector energy initiatives.
  • Coordinate staffing and project reporting details among Energy Saving Trust, Carbon Trust, and other partners.
  • Oversee and track progress on purchase orders and invoices.
  • Provide support for community energy projects as needed.
  • Assist with internal quality management systems and administrative functions.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and standard Microsoft applications.
