Key Responsibilities

An esteemed manufacturer located in South West Wales is seeking to enhance its Operations/Manufacturing team with the strategic addition of an NPI Program Coordinator. This role is pivotal in overseeing all Continuous Improvement (CI) and New Product Development (NPD) project planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion.

  • Manage raw material obsolescence effectively.
  • Oversee all Operations projects, including CI and NPD initiatives.
  • Implement and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Action) processes.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in Engineering, preferably within the medical or electronics sectors, though relevant industrial experience is also acceptable.
  • A proven track record in project management.
  • Experience with Verification and Validation testing and documentation.
  • Knowledge of a diverse range of manufacturing processes typically associated with box-build manufacturing facilities.
  • Expertise in CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Action) management.
