Sales and Marketing Specialist

Primary Responsibilities


• Overseeing the complete sales and referral process, which includes managing inquiries and converting leads to achieve personal sales objectives.


• Serving as the primary client liaison from the initial inquiry through to the transition of the event to the operations team.


• Collaborating with colleagues across the entire venue group to effectively brief new inquiries and facilitate referrals.


• Representing the organization and managing inquiries from direct corporate and private clients across various sectors and event agencies.


• Assisting with scheduled showcase events and familiarization trips throughout the year.


• Maintaining the referrals tracker and CRM system, ensuring weekly follow-ups on inquiries and supporting with regular reporting.


• Producing accurate business reports and identifying areas for revenue enhancement.


• Discovering new business prospects through industry research and networking initiatives.


• Actively nurturing and developing relationships with both prospective and existing key accounts.


• Ensuring all marketing and sales materials align with the venue's sales strategy.


• Crafting high-quality proposals for clients, including corporate, private, and social events.


• Participating in organized events to engage with clients, such as open days, exhibitions, and displays.


• Holding financial accountability for events, collaborating closely with the finance team to invoice clients before and after events.


• Coordinating event logistics and details.
