Position Overview

V7 Recruitment is actively seeking two experienced Project Coordinators to join our client’s team in response to their expanding operations. This position allows for a flexible work arrangement, including the option to work remotely one day per week.

We are in search of candidates with a solid background in project coordination, particularly within the Fire Safety and Security industry.

Compensation Package:

  • Annual salary between £52,000 and £58,000
  • Incentive bonus program
  • 20 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee both internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and budgetary limits.
  • Establish project scope and objectives in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines and plans.
  • Manage modifications to project scope, timelines, and financial resources.
  • Evaluate project performance utilizing appropriate metrics and methodologies.
  • Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all project phases.
  • Adhere to budgetary constraints and adjust project parameters based on financial assessments.
  • Participate in industry conferences and training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
  • Guide and mentor team members throughout project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination or management.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Project management certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
