About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at Asmodee UK. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us prepare, design, implement, and optimize online content on a continuous basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies to drive traffic, visibility, and conversion on Amazon.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative and Product Teams, to develop best-in-class digital assets.
  • Partner with external key points of contact to execute marketing strategies and achieve defined KPIs.
  • Manage and escalate cases, disputes, tickets, and claims through Amazon systems.
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of products, product lines, brands, and promotions.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed by management.
  • Communicate and escalate significant or recurring issues across the organization.
  • Create new products on Amazon in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Assist both Central and Local Teams with account-related questions, issues, and concerns.

Requirements

  • 2 or 4-year university degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Solid 2-3 years' experience working on Amazon digital content.
  • Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central required.
  • Understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, including SEO, PDP optimization, Brand Store, and online execution.
  • Strong analytical background and Excel skills to interpret data and translate it into action plans.
  • Track record of prioritizing and delivering multiple initiatives on-time.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently with limited supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of attention to detail.
