**Sales, e-commerce & digital marketing duties**:

- Day to day running, content writing & development of Shopify website
- Manage and optimise product listings on Shopify & Amazon e-commerce platforms
- Management of Google Ads, Amazon Ads & Facebook ads ensuring correct ROI & sales volumes
- Management of social media channels, 3rd party marketing & branding
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and traffic
- Monitor and analyse website analytics, sales reports, and customer feedback and provide monthly reports to be shared with internal management

**Customer service & administration duties**:

- Manage, investigate & resolve customer complaints
- Use shipping software to create shipments with various couriers
- Process refunds, create invoices & general administration duties

**Experience**
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and/or Shopify
- Experience in web content management and implementation of search & social media marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Proficient in using e-commerce analytics tools to track performance metrics
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and customer service experience
- Willingness to adapt and learn new tasks/projects as company grows and evolves
