Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of strategic marketing plans for the UK Direct to Consumer channel, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing strategy and corporate messaging.
- Contribute to the business objectives for this channel, working closely with other relevant business areas to ensure the brand's direct to consumer channel and activities support and reinforce the broader proposition and marketing messages.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of marketing activities, driving measurable results that support the broader business objectives.
- Assist and take ownership of specific projects and activities, managing them through from brief to implementation.
- Build strong working relationships with relevant marketing, distribution, comms, investment, technology, compliance, and legal teams to understand overall business, product, and distribution requirements.
- Support the broader Channel Marketing (UK Direct) team in successfully managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactively collaborate across the marketing team to support the delivery of the broader marketing strategy, key initiatives, and projects.
- Constructively challenge the norm to deliver significant step changes in client experience and commercial results.
- Serve as an advocate for the appropriate use of marketing automation capability and an owner of marketing-related CRM data within marketing and across the broader business.
- Demonstrate experience and understanding of direct-to-consumer channels and routes to market, gaining immediate credibility and hitting the ground running.
- Be unapologetically client-focused, yet commercially driven, with a keen interest in understanding financial drivers and business requirements, and strong budget management skills.
- Have a good understanding of core project management skills.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing and industry trends, demonstrating an analytical and planning mindset.
- Hold a graduate or relevant professional qualification.
