About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts on the Deliveroo channel. As a key member of our Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) team, you will be responsible for establishing a channel strategy, managing the customer experience, activating campaigns, and optimizing towards customer and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Deliveroo channel, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Program Management, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with partners at Deliveroo, including regular reviews and updates to ensure successful partnership.
  • Develop and maintain a Joint Marketing Plan with Deliveroo, ensuring customer-centricity and optimization against business goals.
  • Create and execute store-specific plans, including customizing attributes such as basket, time, and customer profile, and continually testing and learning to optimize.
  • Build, schedule, and create content for customer-facing email campaigns related to Deliveroo.
  • Organize in-store signage for stores operating on Deliveroo as needed.
  • Communicate plans to store teams and review performance of the Deliveroo channel, making optimization plans and activating as needed.

Requirements
  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and content production timelines and processes.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, with a focus on audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Experience working with external partners to develop marketing programs, including management of Rapid Delivery platforms from a central management side.
