About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team to help build our name and market share within the Life Sciences industry, particularly within start-ups and growing SMEs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients in the Life Sciences arena
  • Building meaningful relationships with candidates and clients
  • Creating meaningful journeys for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
  • Providing sound advice to candidates and clients within all things talent
  • Mentoring more junior members of the team with development opportunities
  • CRM Champion

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven billing experience in a 360 recruitment role within the Life Sciences arena (strong preference for Clinical Operations or Medical Affairs skill sets)
  • Supporting clients with their recruitment needs, advice, and market intel
  • A strong work ethic and evidence of following recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Flexible working
