Job Summary
We're seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment process within our organization. As a key member of our People team, you'll be instrumental in shaping our workforce and contributing to our mission of making a positive impact on the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of recruitment needs, ensuring timely fulfillment against KPIs.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Source and identify potential candidates through headhunting and other channels.
- Lead tailored recruitment campaigns to enhance Ground Control's visibility among sustainability professionals.
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, including briefing calls, advertisement creation, candidate sourcing, interview processes, job offers, and onboarding.
- Cold contact, source, and sift candidates to build a strong talent pool.
