We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Northreach. As a key member of our Life Sciences division, you will play a crucial role in building our presence in the industry, particularly within start-ups and growing SMEs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify business opportunities with new and existing clients in the Life Sciences arena
- Build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients
- Create personalized recruitment experiences for both candidates and clients
- Provide expert advice to candidates and clients on talent acquisition and management
- Mentor junior team members and provide development opportunities
- Act as a CRM Champion and drive business growth
- Proven billing experience in a 360 recruitment role within the Life Sciences arena, with a strong preference for Clinical Operations or Medical Affairs skill sets
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow recruitment processes from start to finish
