Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our ranks to help build our name and market share within the Life Sciences industry, particularly within start-ups and growing SMEs. As a German speaking Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with candidates and clients, creating meaningful journeys for both throughout the recruitment process, and providing sound advice to candidates and clients within all things talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Building meaningful relationships with candidates and clients
- Creating meaningful journeys for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Ability to give sound advice to candidates and clients within all things talent
- Mentoring more junior members of the team with development opportunities
- CRM Champion
Requirements
- Proven billing experience in a 360 recruitment role within the Life Sciences arena (strong preference for Clinical Operations or Medical Affairs skill sets)
- Supporting clients with their recruitment needs, advice, and market intel
- Strong work ethic, evidence of following recruitment processes from start to finish
- Flexible working
