Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team to help build our name and market share within the Life Sciences industry, particularly within start-ups and growing SMEs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities with new and existing clients in the Life Sciences arena
- Build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients
- Create meaningful journeys for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Provide sound advice to candidates and clients within all things talent
- Mentor more junior members of the team with development opportunities
- Act as a CRM Champion
Requirements
- Proven billing experience in a 360 recruitment role within the Life Sciences arena (strong preference for Clinical Operations or Medical Affairs skill sets)
- Support clients with their recruitment needs, advice, and market intel
- Strong work ethic, evidence of following recruitment processes from start to finish
- Flexible working
