Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team to help build our name and market share within the Life Sciences industry, particularly within start-ups and growing SMEs. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients in the Life Sciences arena, delivering to and fulfilling current positions at our expanding clients, and building meaningful relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in the Life Sciences industry
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Source and attract top talent for our clients
    • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Client Management
    • Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates
    • Meet and exceed client expectations
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role within the Life Sciences industry
    • Strong knowledge of business development activities and recruitment processes
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
