As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional care by assisting residents with their daily activities and personal needs.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
  • Responding promptly to the Nurse Call system and managing communication effectively.
  • Monitoring residents' health and well-being, collaborating with healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Conducting regular wellness checks on residents as directed by senior staff.
  • Administering personal and emotional support to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with established protocols.
