About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Hansa Lodge. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our service users, enabling them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring that service users' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support, including medical and welfare needs.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for service users, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Experience in a care or support role, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
