About the Role:

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team in Wythenshawe. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain warm, trusting relationships with service users, enabling them to reach their full potential.
  • Encourage and support service users in engaging in various social activities, both within and outside their homes.
  • Conduct welfare checks, assist with appointments, and provide excellent tenancy support to residents.
  • Work full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (to be agreed), with a willingness to work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements:

  • A passion for providing person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health support needs.
  • No prior care experience is necessary, as full training is provided.
  • The opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
