About the Role:

Creative Support is a non-profit provider of person-centred care and support to older people, individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism spectrum conditions.

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our Mental Health Care Service in Stretford. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to service users in line with their Personal Support Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to service users in a recovery-focused way, in line with their support and risk management plans.
  • Identifying and accessing opportunities with service users to gain independence and confidence.
  • Collaborating with service users, families, and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service that maximises outcomes for service users.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with people with mental health needs is essential.
  • A warm personality and ability to work in a person-centred way.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays.

What We Offer:

  • Access to our free app, allowing you to pick up shifts in Stretford and other areas of the country.
  • Information on the service and shifts, as well as directions.
  • Weekly payment.
