About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pool Worker at our 18+ Male Approved Premises in Streatham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model pro-social behavior and attitudes, helping to create and maintain a positive culture of respect in all work inside and outside of the service with both clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the sentence plan in conjunction with colleagues in probation, the police, and other external agencies.
  • Provide administrative and other support to colleagues, particularly in the preparation, facilitation, and evaluation of rehabilitative activities.
  • Follow protocols, encourage compliance, and take enforcement action as necessary, in particular around drug and alcohol testing requirements and curfews.
  • Actively monitor and maintain the health, safety, security, cleanliness, and hygiene of the Approved Premises.
  • Monitor the well-being of occupants utilizing information sharing, CCTV, direct observation, inspection, personal contact, and other methods, as appropriate.
