**Job Summary**
At Together for Mental Wellbeing, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a Wellbeing Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing mental distress, providing a safe and welcoming environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support individuals to devise safety plans and work on coping techniques
- Help individuals identify personal goals and connect them to local resources
- Provide a supportive environment for people in the evenings and weekends as an alternative to A&E
