£23,880.00 per annum

As the face of Nuffield Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department. If you are sensitive to people's needs and passionate about exceptional service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role will require you to take ownership of all enquiries received into the department from various stakeholders, including patients, consultants, and medical secretaries. You will provide a high-quality customer service experience, supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital and effectively manage the customer relationship between hospital and enquirer.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making new appointment bookings, preparing clinical paperwork, referral forms, charge sheets, and terms and conditions. You will also work closely with colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have great communication, IT, and keyboard skills. You should be able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a clear, sympathetic, and easy-to-understand manner. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.
