Join Our Team as a Front Desk Facilities Coordinator

The Charalle Group is looking for a proactive individual to become part of our facilities team. In the role of Front Desk Facilities Coordinator, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across various functions within our organization.

Primary Duties:
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including responding to phone inquiries and welcoming guests
  • Assist with mailroom operations, such as receiving deliveries and dispatching correspondence
  • Keep fire safety and health records up to date
  • Oversee the management of office archives and documentation
  • Support logistical arrangements for office relocations and meeting room configurations
  • Provide general administrative support to teams, including tasks like scanning and photocopying

The successful candidate will possess prior experience in administrative roles or customer-facing positions that require direct engagement with individuals. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial for this role. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
