Job Summary

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Facilities and Business Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions, including front of house, post room, and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative and facilities management services to support the Facilities and Business Operations Manager.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, ensure IT equipment and refreshments are provided as required.
  • Process and distribute mail, including DX, and handle legal documents such as photocopying, filing, and scanning.
  • Enter data, manage databases, and assist with archiving.
  • Order office supplies, couriers, and taxis, and perform manual handling and small repairs.
  • Handle cheques, petty cash, and reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Experience as an office junior, customer service, or administrative assistant is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 5 GCSEs' grade A to C or equivalent.
