Join Our Team as a Front Desk Facilities Coordinator

The Charalle Group is on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our facilities team. In the role of Front Desk Facilities Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering support across multiple facets of our organization.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including responding to phone inquiries and welcoming guests
  • Assist with mailroom functions such as receiving deliveries and dispatching correspondence
  • Keep accurate records of fire safety and health compliance
  • Oversee the management of office archives and documentation
  • Facilitate office relocations and the arrangement of meeting spaces
  • Provide general administrative support to teams, including tasks like scanning and photocopying

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in administrative roles or customer-facing positions that require direct engagement with individuals. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
