Our client, who is a leading business in Guildford has an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career as a Business Support Administrator
The role will involve supporting the busy Business support team in helping managing the recovery of premiums, investigate and report the status of live aged policies, and provide assistance in the administration of policies such as processing premiums
This role would suit a recent finance graduate or a confident administrator/ customer service professional who is interested moving into a growing business and someone who is looking for personal growth & development
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Experience/ Skills:
- 2 years of experience in the insurance industry (DESIRED)
- Prior experience working in an office environment
- Good Rapport/relationship building/communication, competent and confident in providing the highest customer service with our clients, intermediaries and third parties.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Organisational skills.
- To be proactive in identifying problems and constructively look to find solutions whilst working and operating within the parameters of stipulated procedures and time-lines
- To work actively as part of a team.
- To be able to show an understanding of policy wordings.
