Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team in Guildford. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and professional greetings to clients, handling incoming telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office and reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for our clients.
- Referral of clients to a wide range of services offered by our company, utilizing your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure timely support to the Office Head and the office team, working closely to achieve shared goals.
- Assist with the order of land registry title checks and registration of new instructions, demonstrating your attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adhere to all internal and external compliance and best practice measures and procedures, ensuring our office meets the highest standards.
- Generate sales invoices with accuracy, utilizing your proficiency in various systems used by our company.
- Demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently.
- Previous experience in a business support, administration, or front-of-house role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent command of the English language, with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling, ensuring accurate communication with clients and colleagues.
