Business Support Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team in Guildford. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to clients
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office and reception area
  • Refer clients to a wide range of services offered by our company
  • Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure timely support to the office team
  • Assist with the ordering of land registry title checks and registration of new instructions
  • Adhere to all internal and external compliance and best practice measures and procedures
  • Ensure office compliance and strive for improvements in audit pass rates
  • Generate sales invoices with accuracy
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various systems used by our company, such as Working Life, Hub, Global Life, Power BI, and Audit Centre
  • Assist in the creation of mailers, property brochures, window cards, and pitching materials
  • Provide imagery and property information for regional publications and central marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team when required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a business support, administration, or front-of-house role
  • Excellent command of the English language, with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling
