Job Overview

The successful candidate will be tasked with executing both scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks within the property. Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations is paramount, and the technician will play a crucial role in preserving the property's condition. It is essential that any maintenance issues are promptly reported and addressed.

This position demands a self-sufficient individual who can operate with minimal supervision while effectively communicating with various internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.

The technician will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience, particularly regarding the responsiveness and quality of service related to maintenance requests and the overall upkeep of the property.

Candidate Requirements:

· Proven experience in property maintenance or a relevant trade, with the ability to perform across multiple disciplines to a satisfactory level.

· Familiarity with safe working practices, including COSHH regulations, manual handling techniques, and working at heights.

· Understanding of health and safety protocols and legal obligations.

· Strong customer service skills, with the capability to track outstanding tasks and keep stakeholders informed.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

· Experience in managing workload effectively to meet various deadlines without direct oversight.

· A proactive mindset, with the capacity to take initiative and resolve issues efficiently.

· Ability to collaborate within a team and maintain a flexible work approach.
