Knight Frank is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our Guildford office team.
We are a leading international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, with a global network of over 20,000 professionals across 50 territories.
The Country Residential sales division requires a Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative support in the Guildford Office. You will report to the Office Head and work closely with the Senior Operations Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering high-quality customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain a tidy office and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues
- Refer clients to a range of KF services, including Commercial and Global network offerings
- Collaborate with Operations teams to provide administrative support within agreed timeframes
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, best practices, and procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency in KF systems, including Working Life, Hub, Global Life, Power BI, and Audit Centre
- Prior experience in a business support, administration, or front-of-house role is essential
- Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling is required
