**Job Opportunity: Business Move Coordinator**

We are seeking a skilled Business Move Coordinator to manage all aspects of business relocation projects. As a Business Move Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling permits, surveys, client communication, and coordination with operational teams and business managers.

**Key Responsibilities for the Business Move Coordinator :**

Coordinate all elements of the relocation process, including permits, surveys, and client liaison.

Work closely with operations teams, business managers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of moves.

Utilise Moveman software proficiently to produce accurate quotes based on business requirements.

Ensure all costs and financial transactions are properly recorded and managed within the Moveman system.

**Requirements for the Business Move Coordinator :**

Previous experience in a similar role within the moving or logistics industry.

Expertise in using Moveman software is essential (non-negotiable).

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.

Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in quotes and cost management.
