Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Relocation Administrator to provide sales, bid, and operational admin support to our Business Relocation Division.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commercial moving team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business relocation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory scanning and managing inventory storage sheets
  • Maintaining and updating data on internal systems
  • Issuing paperwork to relevant team members
  • Monitoring and replenishing stationery and crew uniform
  • Sending meeting confirmations
  • Running monthly sales reports to provide for analysis
  • Managing new customer enquiries, updating quote sheets, and processing payments from customers
  • Inputting sales leads for the sales department
  • Marketing support (Case Studies)
  • Managing the company newsletter
  • Raising Purchase Orders and invoices accordingly
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S and Environment policies at all times, and reporting any risks and providing instruction to other employees and subcontractors

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Relocation Administrator with a minimum of 3 years administration and customer service experience, who possesses strong skills in written and verbal communication, with the ability to meet strict deadlines while working independently and as part of a team.
