We are currently in search of a dedicated Event Coordination Trainee to support our Conference & Banqueting Team on a fixed-term contract. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office and report any policy violations to the Conference & Banqueting Director.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including menu printing, place card preparation, table arrangements, and maintaining the Banqueting Events Operations pack.
  • Support the operations team on the floor as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Chef regarding menu planning and event changes.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure all event details are clearly communicated and understood.

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week on a shift basis.
