We are looking for a dedicated Event Planning Intern to support our Conference & Banqueting Team on a fixed-term contract. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient office operations, reporting any policy violations to the Conference & Banqueting Director
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks including menu printing, place cards, table arrangements, and event operation documentation
  • Support additional administrative needs as required
  • Provide operational assistance on the floor when necessary
  • Maintain effective communication with the Chef regarding menu planning and event modifications
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure clarity on event details and updates

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week on a shift basis.
