Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our client's current customer portfolio, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement customer business plans to achieve volume and margin targets
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with current accounts
  • Negotiate, manage, and evaluate annual joint business plans
  • Act as an ambassador for our client and educate customers on the company brand and portfolio
  • Identify and pursue new profitable national customers through proactive and reactive sales leads

About You:

  • Proven experience in on-trade/wholesale sales, with a strong network of customer contacts in the industry
  • Experience in the wine and champagne sector is preferred, but all drinks industry experience will be considered
  • Highly numerate, detailed, and effective planner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for the industry
