Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Front of House to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Front of House operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
  • Oversee and manage the Front of House area, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager and other members of the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Store Manager or other members of the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Duty Manager in the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
