Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all guest areas are clean, sanitary, and tidy, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Upsell and promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Process sales, provide guests with receipts, and deliver food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer the telephone and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assemble and package orders to brand standards, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and smart appearance, adhering to our brand standards.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of our menu and allergens, with the ability to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Ability to follow instructions and achieve brand standards (The GDK way).
  • Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with our standards.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
