Job Summary:

Sprint Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Parts Supervisor to join their team at their new Passenger Car site in the Heathrow area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a small team to deliver exceptional customer service, control and maximise part stocks and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a small team to deliver exceptional customer service, control and maximise part stocks and sales
  • Handling incoming parts sales enquiries
  • Helping customers with parts enquiries and identifying areas of upselling
  • Tracking and booking in all incoming or outgoing parts from the Hub
  • Locating available parts and thinking outside the box to ensure we keep customer vehicles on the road
  • Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately
  • Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
  • Refer to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience in a leadership role or in a parts position within the automotive industry
  • Exceptional communication skills and love delivering brilliant customer service
  • Retail and phone experience desirable
  • Computer literate and confident using technology
  • Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge
