Exciting Career Opportunity for a Junior Financial Accountant

We are thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity for a driven graduate to become a part of our Finance Team on a full-time permanent basis. This hybrid position entails working three days a week in our office.

As the Junior Financial Accountant, you will report directly to the Senior Financial Accountant and play a crucial role in the finance department during a transformative phase of growth. We are looking for a proactive individual who is enthusiastic about embracing challenges and contributing to our ambitious objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee systems and processes for financial accounts
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and analyses
  • Generate and record journals for various financial areas
  • Deliver precise financial information promptly
  • Enhance efficiency and quality of accounting and reporting
  • Support the development of innovative reporting methods
  • Adhere to reporting deadlines and propose process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a solid academic foundation
  • Part-qualified accountant with experience in practice or industry
  • Understanding of business reporting principles
  • Familiarity with SAGE finance system is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to maintain composure under pressure
  • Demonstrated initiative, confidentiality, and sound judgment
